Phase One

Getting Your Business Off the Ground

Name Selection + Domain Name

First up who are you? You want a business name that will differentiate your business from your competitors and a domain name that makes it easy for your customers to find you online. During this week, we’ll guide you through the process of picking a unique and memorable name efficiently.
Virtual Office, Legal Entity Set-Up, and Your Logo

This week, we’ll cover the basics of creating a virtual office, setting up a legal entity, and creating a logo representing your brand. We’ll also provide some tips for working with contractors and freelancers to help you get your business up and running.
Setting Up Your Email, Website or Portfolio, and Your Online Presence

During this week, we’ll guide you through the process of setting up your email, creating a website or portfolio, and establishing your online presence. We’ll also provide some tips for creating engaging content that helps you connect with your target audience.

Setting Up Your Online Presence Part 2 and Networking

In the final week of Phase 1, we’ll continue to focus on building your online presence (because yes it IS that important). We’ll cover strategies for creating a social media presence, networking with other entrepreneurs and industry experts, and building a community around your brand. We’ll also provide some tips for using social media to engage with your customers and build your brand.

Running Your Business

Project Management Tools

You’re a real business now! Whoop whoop! Congrats. Now – time to start managing your projects. During this week, we’ll cover essential project management tools that can help you stay organized and on track. We’ll provide tips for managing your time effectively, prioritizing your tasks, and setting achievable goals.
Pricing Yourself, Calendar Management, and Calls

Now it’s time to name your price. During this week, we’ll cover essential pricing strategies that can help you stay competitive and generate revenue. We’ll also provide tips for managing your calendar, scheduling calls, and communicating effectively with your clients.
Finances: Accounting and Banks

Let’s get some money in the bank, shall we? Managing your finances is one of the most important aspects of running a successful business. This week, we’ll cover the accounting basics, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and taxes. We’ll also provide tips for finding the right bank and managing your finances effectively.

CRM and Contracts

Managing your customer relationships is essential for any new entrepreneur. During this week, we’ll cover the basics of CRM (customer relationship management) and provide you with tips for managing your customer interactions effectively. We’ll also cover the basics of contracts and provide you with tips for drafting effective contracts that protect your business and your clients.

Meaningful Action
